Title: Blown Knee
Post by: bigjoered on January 22, 2009, 12:38:07 AM
Hey Guys,
I recently hurt my knee after taking advice from one of my gyms trainers to to try putting my knees close together while doing squats.  I have pain above and below the knee.  I'm really worried if I permanently damaged something.  Have any of you ever suffered an injury like this?  For three weeks now I have not done any leg training to try and recover.  Its difficult to get up from a kneeling position.  Kinda ,messed up gonna get it checked next week.  Please share your input.
Thanks.

sadly , you had someone teaching you incorrect way of squatting, where as its common sense to not let your knees go out beyond your toes, trainer could have done a better job, get it checked by a orthopedic,or a sports doctor who will analyze it and perscribe you remedy,i think rest and aniti-inflamatories will get it fixed.
