Friday: Chest - Shoulders
Saturday: Arms - lunges in my 120ft driveway (vid to come)

That arm day introduces overlap. you are trying to emphasize too many things in this routine.

The trip may have to work around this schedule... I'm pretty anal lately.... don't you do shoulders on friday usually?

Right on. I'll get there earlier to do chest first. This way, we'll be on par ;D

With so much chest and back work i think arm work will have to take a little bit of rest. If I were you I would take the arm day out.
If you want to "hit" the triceps twice a week still, I would make sure to use dips as a pressing exercise for the second chest day- that would hit the triceps plenty.
As for biceps, width exercise will beat the shit out of your biceps anyway. If anything is left you can add a couple of biceps exercises there..

Actually, you're probably right... I'm still exprimenting and trying to beat the shit out of my undersized arms for my bowlingball shoulders...

As for the new routine idea, notice that you're doing pressing movements (possibly heavy pressing movements) every other day. That may be stressful to the shoulders and joints. I suggest you follow the KISS principle here, Queen Alexia.

This a good routine for arms priority:
Chest - light tris
Back - light bis
Legs
Shoulders
Arms
then usually two day off. One if u on gear and good recover.

Thanks Sharma, pretty solid routine as well, I was hesitating between the two; so one day off and start over... I like to have my sunday free however...

I do all back in on session 2 exercises for upper and 2 for lower...sorta
