A DNA test showed a 13-year-old boy in Britain is not the father of a baby born to a 15-year-old he had unprotected sex with once.
Chantelle Stedman told Alfie Patten, who was 12 when he slept with her, he was her newborn daughter Maisie's father.
The story caused a worldwide media frenzy after it was first reported by Britain's Sun newspaper, while politicians criticised what they called Britain's declining morals.
At first Stedman said Patten was the only boy she had ever slept with, but soon after other teens came forward saying they too could be the baby's father, because they claimed to have had sex with the girl.
It is still not clear who the baby's father is.
Last month a friend of the Stedman family claimed Patten was scammed by the girl's parents who wanted to cash in on the sensational story.
The Sun reported last month that Alfie had been seen wearing a hoodie emblazoned with the message: "I知 the daddy, if not f*** you all I値l still be there".

When they threatened to cut his dole payments cos he didnt even look for a job in the proceeding 8years he went to the doctor(with his free medical card) told doc he is depressed,so now he's on disability so they cant cut his social welfare payments
A fuckin 26yr old guy acting like this,and the country is full of them >:(

My mate's brother is like that. He can't be arsed to work, went to the doctor and got signed off with depression and some other thing, maybe mild schizophrenia, and now he collects a nice little cheque every week to go down the pub and get drunk. They also offered him a flat, a furnishings grant and a free taxi to get to work and back!
It disgusts me how lazy, worthless, pieces of shit get all this money thrown at them, and normal people have to work every hour possible just to keep a roof over our heads.

My mum used to work the tribunals in Belfast. She sat on a panel that assessed whether someone needed the dole. People came in pleading disability, then she was presented with like undercover videos of the same people carrying heavy building materials into the back of a van. From another doctor, I have also heard of someone leaving their surgery because they had no luck with the dole there in order to join another and try their luck there! Needless to say, NI is a small country and seeing as only one university here produces doctors, these characters become known very quickly.
A friend of mine was in a bar a few months ago. Some dude came in BOASTING about how he had taken laxatives before he went to the dole office and shat himself in the queue to prove he was mentally incompetent. These people have no dignity. They put more effort into not working than they would have to if they worked. I feel sorry for the people with a genuine case.
Now I'm studying medicine I'm even being taught how to examine someone to spot and provoke the very subtle signs to look for when they are faking a disability.
