Title: Yoga Training

After lifting for a few years I did yoga and I really felt tired after the session though relaxed.. during the day I did feel like taking a nap which I dont normal do..... ;D

Any experiences with Yoga and how often do you guys do it ... if you do it all ... :P

I did yoga in the late 1980s as my girl friend of the time was very big into it.
They tried to give it some mythical feel.
To me it was just controlled stretching and breathing.
No magic
I did it for a few months, found the classes boring.
I prefer to stretch in gym, relax to music and rythmic exercise and breath hard when I do cardio
Much cooler

I would like to try yoga because I need to place more emphasis on stretching.
