Do you guys switch exercises everytime you work a bodypart or keep the same routine.. I feel I grow better whenever i do something different each time..

I don't change the exercises every week, it takes the body time to adapt to a new exercise so it can take a few weeks before you're getting the full benefit of it. I change things up every 6-8 weeks, completely fresh schedule, different exercises, different reps, everything.

I change when I feel I need to change, sometimes I can get results with the same exercises for long periods of time. Other times I feel they get stale fast.

i like to stick to the basics...i.e. foundation exercises like for chest always do flat and incline and change it up every 4-5 weeks with the other complimentary movements...instead of doing reg flies i'll switch it out for incline flies or decline...i like to change my routine every 4-5 weeks...even like changing the order in which you do them sometimes helps me out too
