Title: eastrogen levels in men....
Post by: bigandbrolic on May 24, 2009, 10:33:40 AM
I've been harcore steroid free since(use androsteindione when it was over counter) I began training. I've done a few shows, last show was 2003 mm world where I competed at 255lbs. Since then my bw has been above 280, been as high as 320 when wife had first baby. I am now trying to drop weight but its a lot harder than expected, I've lost 4 inches of my waist but it seems it don't wanna change anymore, especially with the time I've put in the gym in the last 5 weeks. I'm pretty muscular but I was wondering if an elevated estrogen level can cause a stall in leaning out process? I turned 31 a month ago but no loss of sex drive or strenght in pass couple of years,  started training safer because of new job. If estrogen level is elevated what can I do and how long will I have to do it... thanks for help.
