i doubt i can bench 185 once now; but i've stopped training chest completely. I want it to be smaller.

your gonna see alot of older guys in the years to come like myself who didnt get it right in highschool or college years, but get there shit together diet and training in order later in life only to master it around 30 but dominate. trust me on this one
young guys like him are all talent and ZERO know how, probably eat whatever
eating whatever simply doesnt work as you get older, and you cant rely on talent u have to rely on knowledge

Well, I was just pointing out what his future employer tested him on and he did not impress. Besides, he's not so hot at putting the ball in the hoop either against decent competition... ;D
