1.7 years, lol i mean 1 year and 7 months, i started somtime in january 2008 and learnt as i went along, i had to learn how to do deadlifts by copying other people in the gym etc. lol i never had a father or training partner etc. to show me what to do/eat

For 1.7 years of training, you don't look that good. Forget about your arms, work on your shoulder and chest. arms will come later. That is some real advice. Look at all the huge naturals out there, big pressers and pullers.

For 1.7 years of training, you don't look that good. Forget about your arms, work on your shoulder and chest. arms will come later. That is some real advice. Look at all the huge naturals out there, big pressers and pullers.

You'd have to have an 18 inch arm before you'd know what one looks like. That's a practically an unpumped pic, after training back they stretch the tape to 18.6 (sometimes 18.7) without being directly trained.

It just baffles me the set of balls that people develop online behind a monitor and keyboard. I realize there will never be words to truly put these people (kids) in their place because it's a pissing contest that goes nowhere and in their minds they will always be superior. The thing is any notoriety this kid gets is purely internet based. I've seen guys who care barley do 205 for 5 reps and claim they can do 315. 1/4 squatting 365 and say they can do 500. And the funny thing is, I really don't care. I honestly don't talk about numbers unless I'm talking with my close friends and I'm referencing how my weights are going up or down depending on if I'm leaning up or putting on some size. These guys just come up to me between sets and decide to throw down some knowledge on me...and someone always knows someone who is stronger than you, bigger than you...and only eats bread and drinks water.

What is so strange about changing from 8 to 6-8, right now in the first two sets of bench i get 8 reps then in the last 2 i only manage about 6, but next time i train chest it will probably be improved.

Ft Meyers, FL at a show I helped promote at a new hotel that just opened. I think it was a Ramada but really nice and on the water. I judged the bikini contest she was in. It is great being a judge. And she still didn't win. Trevor Berbick was one of the other judges. I have video but can't find it.

I have family in Brooklyn and NYC and one just left to work with Cirque in England.
Another worked with a show called De La Guarda which I hear is something similar to the Cirque shows. He's now with another similar type show with a foreign name that I forgot.
Another is also in Europe someplace working on a major Hollywood motion picture.
Another was one of the Rockettes at RCMH.
Another did some work for Usher.
All "show biz" folk. I call them the East Coast Circus SIde of the Family Performers which they don't seem to like too much.

Cirque is awesome, seen a few shows recently, incredible what they can do.
Never done gymnastics, just lifting for a long time.
If I do the show I will keep everyone updated, chances are good that I will since my training partner will be back in action in a month and is sure to compete around the same time, nothing more motivating.

I think you might be right. Some guys that use for a long time and train hard for a long time forget that despite their efforts their gains aren't necessarily their own. Yes, they've put in the gym time. Yes, they're dedicated. Yes, they stick to a good diet, but the gains just ain't all them.
