Tried doing three full body workouts/week and kettlebell swings/getups alternate days. The kettlebell made me lose too much fat and the workouts didn't hit the bodyparts hard enough.
I'm still going to do getups and swings but only twice a week and then hit weights 4 times per week.

I see no reason to ever weigh more than 200 pounds, just surround yourself with friends who are Edward Nortons size and stay lean, it's better for your heart and 99% of the whores will think you are HUGE anyway :)

My usual weight is around 210lb-215lb.I got fat over the previous winter and was at 224lb at one point.I was actually dieting at the time I got sick.I dropped all the weight and combined with no appetite from being sick I got down to 201lb.

I really do train boxing and BJJ but I was joking about the pilates and yoga. I have been lifting all my life. I do like kettlebells. Bodyweight exercises are great for some things, but obviously nothing builds pure strength like lifting.
