Title: Lou Degni (aka Mark Forest) - great back

I watched an old Italian sword and sandals movie with Mark Forest (real name Lou Degni) and he has an impressive back for the 60's.  Some of the pics I've seen also show amazing ab development.  Degni was definitely up there with reeves and lewis as one of the best of the big screen hercules.

the guy is still alive and teaches opera no less in california. pic with paul mr u wynter from one of those flicksa.  probably son of hercules vs. the moleman classic fare.

an Old thread but i will just say Mark Forest was also a favourite of mine and i agree 100 % with the above post. He displayed impressive mass and quality for the time...

Supposedly, Lou got his massive back spread by doing scapular rotations, an exercise he passed on to Larry Scott.  I've tried to figure them out, but have never gotten the exercise right.  Anyone used them with success?
