Who isnt a fan of Arnold? But I have always been awed by how massive the arms were of Sergio in his prime that guy was amazing. I remember a pose of his which showed his arms flexed and apearing larger than his head. When I was a boy I wanted to be just like him.

That’s the “secret” to that pose - your arms should be/look larger than your head.
And even with enormous arms, it’s often the guys with smaller heads who tend to have better success with this pose.
I’ve seen some guys “cheat” on the pose by tilting their heads back a bit to reduce its perceived surface area/size, thus creating the illusion of larger arms by comparison.
Of course, hiding your head diminishes some of the impact.

yep, and they didn't like his image either, training in rags, with corn row beads in his hair. wonder how many titles he could have won if he tweaked his public image more like the professional (asskissing?) Dickerson?

Its interesting how much image has an impact on how much advantage an athlete might have with exposure. I noticed this when I watched the documentary on Arnold "Pumping Iron". Arnold did alot to influence the emotions of his judges and even playing on the emotions of his competition. I guess thats why many people today lack interest in Jay Cutler as the current Mr. "O" because of his lack of charisma. But all of this said I do feel that Sergio had an awesome physique even at a small stature. I think like Johnie Jackson today he was quite underrated.

Easy answer. If Sergio wants to see Arnold, he has to get permission and he has to book an appointment. ;) So who owns who? :)
