Title: Good cardio piece for the home.
Post by: 240 or bust on May 17, 2005, 09:29:31 PM
I picked up one of these this week from Sports Authority, on sale for $29, down from 60.

It's a portable stepper and it's great. been using it every night, while watching tv

just thought i'd share. great portable cheap way to do aerobics and leg burn is terrific. later.

It's a piece of shit. Shows how much you know about anything related to working out.

better to drop a couple hundred for a recline bike you can watch tv or play xbox and keep your heart rate in the target zone.

Recumbent bike's almost in the Gazelle category, just like this mini-stepper; might as well be in an E-Z chair while peddling. A used Nordic Track Pro's $100, as is a used upright bike, or better yet, do a 1-2 mile run (run, not jog).

Cardio fucking sucks as is, I'd rather do it comfortably. Recumbent bikes rock.

Jump ropes are pretty cheap nowadays.

LatsMcGee is correct. A jump/speed rope is the best bang for the buck. Even a cheap low kitchen step stool can be a better cardio exercise over that $29 special. First thought that picture was a joke......guess not. You should really not  need extra cardio if the regular workouts are solid and the diet watched even if you want to gain mass. good luck.

someone needs a life desperately,
or I mean someone is desperate in his attemps to redeem himself from several ownings. I dont need to name him, but he does a good job at self-pwning himself from his abosolutely retarded and unfunny posts. ..though I have to give him credit for doing a good job at digging up old threads and photos of 240- must be be a very homosexually satisfying experience for him.
