Everyone knows the subjectivity of bodybuilding makes it a contraversial sporting event. Thousands of threads have been made on various bodybuilding boards about who should have won the Mr. O in a given year. This thread is dedicated to picking the Mr. Olympias according to getbiggers. We'll break it down by decades starting with the 2000's first and progress backwards. Upon a certain date depending on the threads popularity, I'll tally it up and well go from there. These will be the True Mr. O's according to getbig.

Only thing I'd change is Vic Martinez winning 2007. Every other decision was spot on as far as I'm concerned.

IMO lee haney was relativly off in 1990 comparing him to his previous shapes but was still good enough to beat labrada and the others.. i have the video of this contest and lee dominated as always!!..

I'd say 2002 there's a strong argument for Kevin winning, even though Ronnie absolutely killed him in legs and back. But Ronnie's gut was big and arms strangely small.
2000, however, was scary dominance from Ronnie, perfect score.

So, Bodybuilding is all about “Back” for you. ???
There are other muscles called “Triceps & Calves that Ronnie doesn’t have.
There are some body parts that Kevin Kills Ronnie in e. g, Shoulders, Chest, Traps & Abs.
There are things called aesthetic physique, great lines & small waistline which Ronnie has none of these.
Translation: Ronnie’s Back> Kevin’s Back
Kevin’s other things >>>>>>>>>>> Ronnie’s EVERY THINGS!

Back's pretty important for Mr O. Glute and ham conditioning is also a big deal for judges as it indicates overall conditioning and is the hardest place to lose fat and water.
You're right about delts and traps, but chest....no way does Kevin have a better chest. Also, are you claiming from those pics that Kevin has bigger calves? WTF? He has no calves at all. Way smaller/worse quads. Legs and back make up about 2/3 of the muscle on your body. Ronnie clearly has massive triceps, although his biceps are more of a standout bodypart yes. You don't get 22-23 inch arms with no triceps.
Aesthetics goes to Kevin, but as Branch Warren says, there's another word for "aesthetics", SMALL haha. Bob Paris never won Mr Olympia, although he looked great. Flea Labrada never beat Haney to Mr O. Kevin is smaller everywhere except maybe delts, since Ronnie's traps from the back are still bigger. Is this a bodybuildong competition or a pretty boy contest?

So, I think I am looking at bodybuilding as “The Prettiest Aesthetic Physiques With Enough Mass & Condition” Which is obviously is not the real case. :-\ ;)

I would agree with the results of all the Mr Olympia winners we've had going back to 1990 with the exception of:
1991 (when Yates should have won)
1994 (when Shawn should have won)
2002 (when Levrone should have won)

in 2002 ronnie's arms were strangely small.
but he was trying to diet down and get like his AC form, which didn't work. he lost way too much muscle..
