Title: first cycle whats up--

so here we go:
500mg/week test cyp, 12 weeks total
30mg ed dbol, 4-5 first weeks
proviron need input on dosage (50mg ed?)
insulin
maybe clenbuterol

diet:approx.350-400 pro, 500-600+ carbs,+ healthy and bad fats... approx.4500-5000 cal
-gonna have 1 cheat meal per week,, chinese buffet fest eat everything in sight time after legs training carb depleted   ;D the goal is to get kicked out of there
-should i do 1 day per 2week low carbs like 200 just to shock a bit?

training:4 days / week, each bodypart 1 time per week... each session start heavy with compounds, 4-5 reps, then after 6-10, and like 3 sets 13-16 reps short rest at the end....something like that good?

you said this is ur first cycle.
if so:
Just do test and dbol.  forget everything else

You should be fine with test alone and save the dbol for another time. 

and u can be great with 10wks instead of 12  but they extra 2 weeks is up to you.

20mg nolva for pct

you sure test+dbol too much? i think i read at alot of place and they usually recommend that for first cycle+ i wanna get the most out of my first cycle gains without being too extreme, i dont think test+dbol is an extreme cycle, i even wanted to add deca at first lol

slin..i know i would get flamed for that for a first cycle: o no you can die of it LOL but who care, it have no side effect if you do it right, pussy  ;D

The use of slin is not because of the danger aspect you fool....you don't need it yet smart ass!  Test or Dbol and you will grow, why use more than necessary for the same results in the end.

Bro leave out the slin for now and do your research on it...I recomend you run the test and use the dbol as a kickstart

ya thats what i want to do,, and alrighht maybe you guys are right ill grow plenty without slin, done way enough research on it but i think im just gonna keep it for a bit later, you won bitches  :-*

drop the insulin and clen, no need for it at this level. Proviron is always good to add. Proviron should be run 50mg ed 25mg morning, and 25mg evening.

Just run the slin and drink weight-gainer shakes all day. Don't forget the ice cream and cookies...

keep ur first cycle very basic.

Your first two cycles should be basic with great gains.  Than start adding stuff. ex.. dbol, deca,

Personally i wouldnt mess with slin for a few years.  So many other things u can do before you get to that level.

Curious on your stats.. and what your looking to get out of this cycle.

1st cycle keep it simple IMO....I ran 40mg DBol ED for 6 weeks and gained a ridiculous amount of size.......

2nd cycle was 500mg test PW for 8 weeks.....again great gains.

But he will also be fine just running test. And the benefit of running test is you will know exactly how you react to Test, which makes future cycles much more easier to plan.

holy fuckin words, why so much thought into it, just do 500 or 750 mg of test a week for 12 weeks or something.
