Gast geloof me als ik zeg dat het troep eerste klas is en daarom ook zo goedkoop! Ik heb er een week verstopt van gezeten en ik had een buik vol met gas je wil het niet weten. Nog nooit zulke pijnlijke krampen in mijn darmen gehad.Niet vreten dat spul!!!!
ps: een maatje van me vreet het al een jaar zonder problemen!... :-\

hmmm gozer ik had gassen van al die andere die ik kocht bij de duinen, kreeg er ook ontzettend dorst van en hoofdpijn. Bij deze niet, het is erg afgeprijst bij bodyenfitshop.nl vandaar mooie prijs voor 4.5 kg. tot zover bevalt t.

yeah you like good food allright, ive seen your food pics, but my guess is that you eat kats portions judging by your back pics, why not go in a bulk mode

Bahh, you guys gota try some of the new True Protein blends!!!! OMFG, I just got mine in the mail last week.. chocolate peanut butter cup, coconut cream and cookie dough.... it doesn't get any better taste wise, these things honestly taste better then some of the shit I've had at dairy queen...that plus you can make custom blends (for instance I did egg albumen protein with whey + vitamins and bcaa's) it's awesome

Shipping is a bitch, it's not really more cost effective, the shipping actually cost more then the protein, but for the fact that it's custom blended and taste goddamn delicious it was worth it. :D

break it down for me? you buy 25 pounds at a time? what kind of blend do you get? what does it work out to per pound- even up here the 81% whey is still 11$ a pound- 93% iso is almost 19$ a pound as im sure you know. is trueprotein more cause i will order from them even if its the same $ per pound.
im very curious about this and your the only guy up here i know who uses them so anything you can think of would be helpful. lol
