I don't think so, I think he was still in the Dutch Antilles back then, I don't know when he moved to the Netherlands

Yes it is. They use to really stretch the pecs with flies, not like today when they call presses a fly movement.

ive always done my flys like that on an incline. for me it works better than traditional movement, much more feeling in the pecs and much less feeling in the delts.

I keep my incline flies in the vertical plane. A lot of front delts otherwise.
