I'm planning a new diet,
Cashew nuts, Almonds, Cheese, Turkey Breast, Olive Oils, Spinach
I've calculated that I would spend around £25-30 ($41-50) per week
I don't use supps. Does this sound reasonable?
-
5......5 dollar......5 dollar footlong......(no homo)
$10 bucks a day dawg 12''chicken 12"cold cut.....yea buddy

Around 90 € a week...
-
That sounds about right. I spend anywhere from 45 to 65 a week on 14 dozen large eggs, 6 packages of chicken breast, 3 salmon , sweet potatos, oatmeal and natural penut butter. Just have to know where to shop.

Once you get over 250lb look at around $300 a week if eating good clean food.Getting bigger costs MONEY$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

You are a man with muscles (no homo).
I find myself spending a little over $50 a week probably. After the chicken and beef, everything else isn't too expensive. Usually buy some eggs and seafood too. Fiance buys fresh veggies and that costs nearly as much as the meat. Carb sources, snacks and everything else costs piss all so I don't even really count it.
Protein powder stretches the dollar too. I usually eat a bowl of bran flakes with protein each day so knocking off a cheap meal for a dollar really helps big time.

How much do you spend on juice would be the correct question..
You look good, but I'm gonna go ahead and guess that you are under 5 foot 8.

I work with my parents give me . im 5.7ft .'
Trick is to find stores with good deals. For example. Jewel charges 2.50cent for dozen eggs. Where I shop its anywhere from .60 - .99cents per dozen large or jumbo eggs. chicken breast usually is 1.29 a pound. sweet potatos 49 cents a pound or 4pounds for dollar, salmon is 3.99 a pound.
LOL usually when my bill gets up to be 75 dollars its because im buying shit load of sweets and ice cream.

I live in Chicago (expensive city). Like i said over here big chain stores like Jewel or DOminiks sells dozen eggs for 2.50 or 3 dollars, salmon is 7 dollars a pound , chicken breast is 5 dollars a pound but if you go to smaller stores then its way cheaper like eggs for 89cents a dozen.
Big chain stores jack up there prices because they spend millions on advertisement and they usually have twice as many employees then the smaller stores.
Im sure BLOCKHEAD knows of the store im talking about "Shop and Save " right next to niles xsport in golf mill mall.

Yes but those huge stores also get an insane bulk discount since they buy 10,000,000 units a month instead of 1,000
I've NEVER in my life, ANYWHERE seen eggs for .89 cents a dozen... that's like a myth..
-
hoorah for Costco
-
I buy in bulk at Costco.
I have 3 prot shake a day, and 3-4 regular meals. My wife will stop and buy a few things now and then, but usually $60 or 70 a week at costco and $50 or 70 a week at the regular store is all i spend.
-
they even have muscle milk lite...although I don't care for it

That's pretty much my spending schedule for food as well, maybe every other day I buy a lunch at work (medical building) but I have a personal mini-fridge in my office so most of the time I bring meals that my fiancee makes.
-
I would say around 60quid a week.
-
Not counting eating out. I spent around 100-120 or so a week at H.E.B. But that includes cleaning stuff, and some non-food items tho.

That's not true at all. The reason big chain stores like Walmart and Costco can sell things for so cheap is because they are a massive facilities that buy huge amounts of products in bulk (which nets them a discount from the manufacturer), making their overhead costs lower. You're savings at your favorite store are due to the owner taking a smaller profit in hopes of making up for that loss in volume sales.
-

About $70 per week in Chicago.
Salmon burger patties, rottiserie chicken, eggs, italian beef, fish sticks from CostCo.
Produce from smaller produce stores & stands (really good prices and selection, 1/3 price of typical grocery stores).
Fresh caught fish from Isaac & Steins fish market.
The rest from Whole foods and trader joes.

it doesnt have t be that expensive though, tuna and rice are very cheap. you could get sufficient protein and 1 thousand grams + of carbs everyday for 300 a MONTH.

When I was bulking up, I was averaging between $150-$180/week on groceries alone (just for me). Today, I'm averaging $100/week. This doesn't include eating out at restaurants of course.

without eating out, ~100/week. But on the weekends I eat out Friday and Saturday night, sometimes for lunch on Saturday. Almost always for breakfast sunday, too. So my weekend spending can be $100-$400 depending on what's going on, who's with me, etc...
