Well, last night I had a great night at the gym! Quad night. Started with superset of extensions and lunges. Moved on to BB Squats - 12 rep sets: 65lbsm 85lbs, 95lbs, 115lbs and finished with 2 sets of 12 @ 135lb. Then onto the leg press -12 rep sets: 135lbs, 225lbs, 315lbs, 405lbs and finished with 495lbs for 6 reps! Then 86 continuous single leg extensions. Closed my quad night with the stairmaster...I couldn't walk after, lol, but it felt fricken great!
Tonight...it's Hammy Time! :D

I think its the longer dieting (been dieting for almost a year, lol), training is a bit different too.
I have a feeling I'll be doing bbing and not figure (unless they allow me to cross over), lol. Just a hunch.

Hi everyone. Yes, the show is this weekend. Mike and I (and a friend of mine) all contracted some virus and had it for a week. It was real bad. People in my work had it too. :(
We were checked out by a judge last night and he told us we were both on track for Saturday's show, so hopefully we will do well. I am doing figure this time around, not bbing. I shrunk down some.
Anywho...thank you all for supporting me...us. It is greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure. I believe he would like to, but I know the Florida State is more important to him so if he feels he's not quite ready, he will wait for the August show (Florida State). He's not going to do a show just for the sake of doing it. He would like to be 100% ready and comfortable.
