It's about a Finnish bodybuilder called Timo Moisio and the article of him was in a Finnish bodybuilding magazine.

He was at vacation at the Philippines during the last phase of his competition diet for the Nabba International. Every day there were beggar kids infront of his hotel who wanted him to show his bicep and muscles, and they hang from his arm and tried to do pullups on it. One day one girl jumped on his arm and boom his bicep tendon ripped completely apart! The kids ran away because the snap was so loud.
He instantly took a moped ride to a nearest hospital, where the doctor didn't exactly know what to do with the arm, suggesting that they should massage the arm. Timo left the hospital and returned to the hotel. He then contacted an orthopedist and got to a better hospital and into a surgery within 2 days from the accident.

Damn! I'm going on vacation to the phillipines next week. Thanks for the heads up. If any beggars or young girls try to hang from my biceps, I'll be sure to punch them in their faces. On second thought, maybe I'll just where long sleeves in order to avoid the whole situation.

Am from the Philippines. When Chuck Norris was here for one of his Missing in Action movies, the waiters in his hotel would ask him to show off a few high kicks. Chuck would oblige without ripping anything.

It's a chain of tropical islands, complete with scuba diving, water falls, jungles, and deep sea fishing, and it's all dirt cheap. Your question is ignorant, it is like asking, "who the hell vacations in Hawaii?". As for the child molester quip, what you do on your own time is your buisness, but I don't see the correlation between vacationing in the Philippines and being a child molester.

Because typically euros or Americans who like children, lady boys, or want submissive wives go to the Phillipines. Yes, it has nice beaches, scuba, etc. Great culture, but it is widely known as a paradise for molester and men who can't vibe with western women.
