Title: Pushing cars for excersise

Just a little story how I nearly puked my lunges out...

I am so fucking sick of sitting on that stupid stationary bike, there has to be a better way to excersise - especially since I need short burst
excersise.
So why not pushing a car?
After persuading my wife to sit in the car I went to a large rugby court at the back of my house which had at the same time a tournment on.
I went to ask for permission since it is the property of a very large and good college.
One of the guys gave me a strange look when I said I want to ask for permission to push the car at the back of the site for excersise :D
But they let me go anyways.
I picked out a straight path (asphalt) asked my wife to take the handbreak off and started pushing the 200m.
When I reached the goal I though well that was fucking easy...
I was a little bit of out breath nothing major.
So we drive the car back and go for round three...
Now that was different...
didn't even make it to the end - and was completley fucked after.
The third one made me nearly puke in fact a little oat came out and my wife goes euwwww :P

It gets better now but damn its a good workout I dont enjoy it atm since it is still very hard and I have a sick feeling but I expect that to go away.

Anybody else push cars?

i think stealing cars is good for body composition......look at all the black guys in jail...they are usually in great shap!!!

Stark: be honest. You probably took the pussy way out, and just rolled it along. A real man would push it 200 m sideways.


But yeah, tried it myself a few times. My car at the time was too light (making it cardio), and my wife can steer for shit (making me offroad with it!). So that was the end of that. :D

not bad my friend! That's more or less 1.200 Kgs (2650 Lbs), really really not bad at all.

Plus your wife so +60/65Kgs maybe.

Thanks - I have to stop now and than when the pump is going to hard - I could be a lot fitter - I also smoke ciggars now and then which cannot be helpful.
On a straight its doable but the slightest hill - fuck me - hard going.
