Post by: John O on March 23, 2010, 12:32:58 PM
Below is video of Jason Coker (198) bench pressing 840 pounds on Saturday at the SPF Longhorn Classic in Plano, Texas. The press is the second highest of all-time, just 10 pounds shy of Shawn Frankl's 850 pound record.

Coker owns the highest bench press of all-time at 220.

Coker added an 865 pound squat and 580 pound deadlift to total 2,285 pounds.

needles to say, wpo style is a joke for me, guy are benching the double of their deadlift.... ::) ::) ::)

claiming the bench is an "all time record is another joke.
a comparaison between wpo and ipf is like a comparaison between wrestlemania and ufc.

Not even close.

Props for even unracking the weight but that was not a legit bench press.

What does his injuries have to do with anything?
Last time i checked there were no handicap system in powerlifting.

I will give him credit for being strong and I'm sure he's a good guy too...
