muslims sacrifice animals on eid cause ibrahim(i think) ws told by god to kill his son and then when he tried the son ws magically replaced by a goat...click the link i posted..that explains it better than i can...(post above this)
so ...ya go buy the goats (or cows..or some do camels) from the goat market a week in advance...and all us kids get to play with the goats (we usually had around 12 )...take em for walks :-\...etc...its exciting...
then on the morning of eid...ya do the sacrifice...divide the meat up...for the poor and yerself and then ya go dress up and visit family and friends.....but there is blood everywhere on the streets cause ..everyones doing it ...we did ours in the garage though...
anyhoo... the neighbors kid bet me to do a goat...and i asked the family butcher and he said sure...just ask your dad...and he said....whatever floats your boat....
so the butcher held the goat down...his helper pulled its head back and i slit its throat...and the blood sprayed everywhere...poor goat...and the smell...it ws worse than the blood....
even now i eat my steaks well done....or if my girl bothers me too much about it...medium well :(

i never did unless it ws forced on me with my parents sitting at the table and demanding i finish my plate and me choking it down....
i find all the curried stuff nasty....i like the dry stuff...like skewered chicken cooked over coals etc...
thing is...it ws especially nasty in my house hold....my grandfather insisted we hire a "tradational" sindhi cook....and he<the cook> ws from the villages...now village people eat some nasty crap....i remember my grandfather eating eyeballs...and brains...and goat balls....yuk :-X ...he always insisted it made him strong

thing is....no one other than 1 uncle there ate that shit....we have a seperate cooking lady that came and cooked normal stuff....but for some reason us KIDS had to sit with grandpaw and eat that crap.....or no going out and riding our bikes...or we'd get extra homework from OUR PARENTS ..i kid u not >:(
he actually believed that eating brains would make us smart...and eating eyeballs would make our eyes better.. >:(

well i'm going hot air ballooning and sky diving so hopefully that will be exciting. trying to find a better job, but that has been brutal., as for women..ugh not sure where to start on that one

that sounds like fun and yes looking for a job is brutal, I was out of work for 5 months..It fucking wrecks havoc on oneself..I know what ya mean about the opposite sex..yea not sure where to start on the men subject

no...i don't deal with narcotics anymore...i just over see all investigations that are non-narcotic related..so i get all the burglaries, rapes, murders...shit like that...
but even our drug problem here isn't Mexican...its all the black/white operated meth labs...

i eat it medium rare for the most part. I have seen animals slaughtered in person. guess I'm just heartless. I believe that if it has a face and four legs, it's meant to be petted, put to work or eaten. All birds should be cooked, birds are stupid pets, fish should be eaten too, except for dolphins, sharks, whales, and uber cool predator fish. Just cuz i like em.

Off Topic = How is the network running now man? did you get that router fixed?
i've pretty much wasted a week...i had equipment problems and i had to take the wires off some of the stuff(well 6 routers) and re wiring is gonna be a pain....cause i cant dismantle everything...sooo i kinda have to look at my logical topology and work backwards at wiring it all up again...today i'm at my girls (she's kinda sick) ...soo tomorrow i've promised myself....i need to get on it cause my work called and they really need me to teach a CCNP class or 2....which is gonna take up another 10 days...they dont have another instructor qualified to teach that..other than the owner...and he works for NASA so is buzy...
soo tomorrow...i'll get back into it...a week off from this stuff is enough
