Some people on this board have insinuated my business is a scam, and have even gone so far as to flat out state that to others on these boards considering it. Some have asked me to furnish income claims to validate my business. I don't see the purpose of this, because if the allegations were true... I could say anything couldn't I?

I thought rather than hear from me, why not hear from Steve, one of the gentleman that I personally recruited "scammed" into one of my businesses on August 15th, 2009.

Why not listen to what he has to say?

2 years ago, during the period of peak oil & gas prices, I was contacted by a gentleman named Steve, from Michigan who had stumbled across my website and wanted to discover more about possibly marketing the fuel catalyst. We spoke at length, I asked him what he was looking for in a business, and what his goals were etc., After all was said and done, I suggested that based on the market timing, as well as his specific goals, perhaps my fuel catalyst business was not a suitable vehicle for him to achieve his particular goals. He was quite surprised by that, as well as pleased that I would be so honest with him. As a result, he thanked me for my time, and he invited me to keep in touch with him, and to definitely contact him if I came across something that could be a better fit for him.

1 year later, as we were launching TamPogo, I contacted Steve to tell him about what we were creating, and invited him to evaluate what we had, and catch the vision. After doing his due diligence for about a month, he decided to join me in my business.

It's been a year since Steve has joined me, and every couple months, he sends me an email thanking me profusely for having shared this wonderful business with him. He's built an incredible team, that continues to grow by leaps & bounds, and he's having a ball. I am absolutely thrilled by his success. He has quickly risen to the top, qualified for just about every additional bonus we offer (except one), and earned himself a position on the President's Advisory Committee.

Listen to what he has to say about this business 1 year later.
Does this sound like a man who was taken in by a scammer, ...or does he sound like one very happy camper?

This corporate update call was recorded on July 8th, 2010 to clarify our recently launched Tango 2x2 program

Some people on this board have insinuated my business is a scam, and have even gone so far as to flat out state that to others on these boards considering it.

Michael Forrest Pleads Guilty to Selling Illegal Devices

For several years, doing business as Jaguar Enterprises, Dragonfly Enterprises, and BioElectric, S.A., Michael Forrest manufactured and marketed quack devices for treating cancer, AIDS, hepatitis, herpes, chronic fatigue syndrome, Candida yeast infections, lyme disease, parasites, gastritis, and rheumatoid arthritis. In 2001, Forrest signed an FTC consent agreement that he would not make unsubstantiated claims for any device or herbal products. However, he continued to make illegal claims on his Web sites. He even bragged that (a) "With the intuitive sense that the feds may be knocking on my door soon as a result of making claims about unapproved medical devices I moved from the USA to Costa Rica in 1999," (b) he was then in Paraguay and "out of the reach of the FTC," and (c) he had "hosted the his site "in a country that the feds could not shut it down." After an FDA investigation uncovered what Forrest was doing, he was charged with wire fraud, mail fraud, conspiring to mislead the FDA, and marketing an unapproved medical device. He pled guilty to the device charge in 2005 and in 2006 was sentenced to two years in prison.

Is this why SamsonEnterprises is so angry at America? I'm sure the Feds aren't too receptive towards anyone marketing their products under the "JaguarEnterprises" name.

What is it that makes pyramid schemes tick and why are they so successful? Lets keep it political.  ;D

I do not now, nor have I ever had any association with that person.
His business was actually Jaguar Enterprises of Santa Ana. that is not me.

Nice job of trying to confuse people, ...but that is NOT my business.

So they let you post on the Internet from jail?

So they let you post on the Internet from jail?

I'm not in jail, and have never have arrested.

The only time I've ever spent in any jail was one week before Christmas 1987 at the Don Jail in Toronto when shooting a scene from 'Cocktail' with Tom Cruise & Bryan Browne, and a week in the winter of 1994 when shooting exteriors for a Judith Light MOW 'Against Their Will'

Other than those 2 times, and only because my job required it, ...I have never stepped foot inside a jail.

I thought this board was supposed to be a serious board, and not one to be used for the purpose of simply harassing members?

Our TamPogo Project in Nicaragua

My colleague Jeff followed the food to Nicaragua. He traced the relationship between ordinary everyday fast track items purchased by consumers and TamPogo members at discounted wholesale prices to those purchases feeding a starving child for a week.

Some TamPogo Tango purchases can feed an entire village for a month.

And here is a more detailed video with extended footage of the feeding station, warehouse, and actual recipients of the food. 40,000 kids a day are fed here.
