I live in Annapolis, where people take their dogs into Bestbuys, the Mercedes dealership, yet they will poop outside, and the owners will not clean up...My apt complex is very new, and it seems like some people want the law to be enforced on others, but not them.

I clean up after my dog unless i forget a bag, which is rare.
I actually have to pay an annual dog license fee that's 50 bucks. That's a fuking joke. It's another bs city bi-law and anyone that owns one must may that fee. ::)

some apts complexes have "dog stations" where they have doggie bags and doggie poop trashcans. There are places like mine, that have a doggie pathway around the complex, with doggie stations all over the place along the way.

yes .. you can get a dispenser to take with you .. it clips onto the leash handle :)

I wouldn't care but I do respect someone's personal property. Not to mention, have the habit of going in the same place over & over. How would you like to be the front lawn that all the community dogs decided it's going to be the shitting grounds. Guarantee after a week you would start complaining too.
