not all CTrs are like that but I know what you mean. There is for sure a very vocal and almost retarded element that seem to give all the rest a bad name. They usually believe every single conspiracy and go on a rampage trying to let everyone else know about it and every CT in existence. They come across as overly paranoid in doing so. Nobody wants to be around them or listen to what they say. Consequently nobody wants to be caught suggesting anything conspiratorial for fear that they might be associated with CT nuts. These people do great harm because conspiracies do happen and these people prevent serious and productive discussion on real problems on both government and private issues where people have conspired in some form.
Stickied for a day, I think this is an important issue with CT.

Well Brix it is NOT a sign up thing but rather a "don't go to conspiracy theory boards thing" so that you do not have to be bothered with the opinions of people who see more than you do. This CT board developed out of a need to separate two types of people...One who sees the nefariousness of government/businesses/politics and its inclinations. The other type that just goes with the flow of a culture, nation or government always believing that whatever is being done is done for a good reason. The POLITICAL board and the CT board separates the two groups but for some STRANGE REASON those who should be on political migrate over to CT to complain about what is being posted...HUH? Wasn't the whole point of the CT board to keep the two opinions/people separate?
While you may not like the opinions/insight of the CT board/people, there was a short time ago that no one believed in the FBI/CIA, MI5/MI6/ Mossad/NSA/ Shadow Governments/FEMA/Area 51/Bermuda Triangle/Underwater Cities/Ancient Biblical Cities/ Troy etc etc etc until someone took the rumor/CT seriously and began researching and physically searching these things out. Guess what? THEY ALL ENDED UP BEING TRUE/REAL THINGS!!!! So don't worry yourself about RAILING AGAINST CTers...just stay off of their boards and out of their conversations.

Well this should come as a surprise to you that the CT board was created TO SEPARATE THE TWO GROUPS. Those who don't want to subscribe to CTs remain on the Political board, those who see the plausibility of CTs are welcomed to come to the board and comment. What I find perplexing is your contempt of CTs yet here you are hanging out on the board. Strange behavior for sure...

1. You've shown that you're willing to pick up any conspiracy you can find and post it here. With Conspiracy, you should think quality, not quantity. You should spend the time to actually research things yourself as others actually do. You have shown time and time again that you are not willing to put in the time to do so. Rather you post in a fit to get as many CT's posted here as you can--usually consisting of copy and paste. That does everyone an injustice. That does the people who actually spend time researching an injustice. To end; you're a hack, a nut, you have no qualification, you have no respect because of these things. That type of response was why I started pushing for a CT forum to begin with. I wanted a forum where people would have to debate the CT rather than just resort to mockery and insults. It's ironic that you have been the main culprit of that here because it's the last thing I expected of you once this forum got started. I expected it from Ozmo, but he has been the opposite and and you have proven to be the culprit.
If you want to know what my main beef against you has been, it's been this... you've been a totall ass and you've gone above and beyond to destroy this forum from day one because of the above stated items.

You may have suggested to Ron the creation of the board, but what have you done since it coming into being? You don't post anything, you have spent a tremendous amount of time complaining as opposed to contributing, and worst of all you have made AN ABSOLUTE ASS OF YOURSELF IN REGARD TO BEING A MODERATOR...could that be why Ron did not want you as a moderator. What I've done since the creation of the board is to call out and mock the problem of the board, YOU!!!... You have time and time again illustrated with example what I didn't want this board to be. You've time and time again shown the need for a board like this. Only you have plagued the board with the behavior it was created to prevent.
I'm with Ozmo, you should just stop posting here if this is the fashion you intend on posting. This board should be for those who wish to seriously discuss conspiracy related topics and do so in a just and reasonable fashion. You have been a total block to that for everyone.
I don't care if this forum only gets 2 or 3 threads a month. This forum does not need to be popular to be functional and valuable. There is no use in attempting to make it popular. Usefullness is a much greater purpose to this forum and that will come with quality, not mass copy and past quantity.

I can say it's curious that the pools of molten steel - way hotter than airline fuel which was almost instantly vaporized - shouldn't have been at 1400 degrees a full 6 weeks after the towers dropped. that's a CT.
But when 333386 says a US President is a kenyan who is seriously and intentionally trying to crash the US and global economy at the beck of his NWo evil overlords... That's just common sense.
So until you can truly define what exactly makes a CT, it's pretty pointless.

Funny Ozzy in this Christmas season I feel you should do the same. Here is the game you play Ozmo which causes discussion to fall apart, you enter the board with a negative view on EVERYTHING that is posted. You don't welcome exchange, you don't back up anything you say, you have NEVER offered any reason for your opinion other than your usual "I just don't believe it". I have posted many articles I have read, many of the books I have read/am reading /or intend to read, many documentaries I have seen, videos on various websites to back up a particular theory or belief so that I don't come across as someone who is just walking around saying something without some kind of facts behind it. You turn around and try to make mockery of my supporting info by claiming it is something just cut and pasted (Ironically a comment initiated by Hugo that you are repeating). Well it is cut and pasted, because one, that is the only way of getting information onto the board, two, I am supplying facts not personal feelings or opinions as you do. While this is the CT board there should still be some plausibility to a comment more than someone just saying "because i believe it" or "because I DON'T believe it".

There's nothing wrong with cut and pasting something with out an opinion and or then talking about it. I have never seen you antagonistic, ridiculing, throwing out red herrings, deflecting, distracting etc. Which is the issue here. You have always been willing to disscuss what you post in a reasonable way. So cut paste and post away. :)

Really????? I'm known for being over the top friendly, I'm open minded, very creative wise and intelligent. I ran into this shit while studying how banking and investment work. Fractional reserve banking really blew my head off. So where is the theory, in banks lend you money they don't actually have in there possesion? Then charge you intrest even if you wind up on the street. The thing is it's all on paper, but they also know you don't read much. Oh yeah and you'll do what the TV tells you to ;) We get worked up sometimes shure but it's just cause I don't want you to suffer, If speaking a crime now a days to bad. The thing is I'm totally geared up to survive on my own and spent a decade learning to live in the wild, so I wont suffer as bad as you will. It be easier for me to say nothing, but it's to save you, and your kids/Wife :)

it's usually about 50/50 whether a CT theory ends up intriguing me and really making me look into it or seeing me reject it all together as bullshit.
it's usually about 95% guaranteed that the person spreading said theory is full of shit/brainwashed/dillusional/unrealistic/etc.
point is.. i see the need to examine all possibilities but finding the truth becomes more difficult with the dipshits we have to deal with along the way.
