ok fair enough..... :P, it's just that I've talked with parker alot and he is very very strong spiritually and a very wise man.. SO is augustus, but he doesn't have the same charisma as said or o'rileys black father (who was his name, I'm tirred of saying his black father)

Adewale, his real name, was really a cool, down to earth guy and very humble. We chatted a little about his character and some other projects he was working on.

Adewale told me that when he first came to the states that he was skinny. So, he focused on building mass by following a bodybuilder’s routine for a couple of years. Well, after gaining a good 50-75 lbs. of mass, he didn’t like how his body had changed. He told me that he felt too stiff and bulky.
Soon after, he dropped the weights in favor of doing mainly calisthenics/bodyweight exercises “. . . because of the functional strength it builds,” he told me.
Since it was obvious that I was the typical fat guy desperately looking to change my body, he went on to give me a little advice; Adewale told me
that I should focus on BWEs and cut back on lifting weights."

actually I've thought about cutting lifting weights myself :P... or atleast trying pull ups and pushups etc etc, squat jumps every now and then couple of times a weeks...
