I should have good progress pics this summer. Always felt my arms were behind the rest a bit. This year they're a massive 18.3" of midget arm mass but I'm still sorta fat so we shall see how they end up.

Nope. I am barely 5 feet tall and weight is about 120 right now. I used to be real fat, but am trying. I realize I'll never look like Steve Reeves but no harm in having someone to look up to. I've pretty much spent my life looking up at people. ;D I wish I were tall but that's not going to happen. I also wish I were more muscular and that is something that is happening, but only within the constraints of my personal genetics. I've seen shorter people than me and to be honest the few I've spoken with seem to accept their height and get on with life. Lots of little people are into bodybuilding as it promotes self esteem.

Bout 225. I do a lot of sprinting, which still isn't that easy lol. Decent genetics + lots of previous juice means I can forever gain weight just by looking at said baked potatoes, even though I've been clean seven years. Its honestly work just to be this light but im built similar to you in that its been bult and is easy to maintain.

Yes you are - but to be in comparison to spike in a muscle to fat ratio type of way you would weigh 200 pds and thats on hormones - i used to be like you to bro confusing "size" for muscle , but as long as you are happy thats all that matters ;)

how come chest so bad,,delts so average,,overall bloofy but abdominal show very good cuts? pretty good,,you hold fat everywhere but the abdominal,,this is a case my pupils shoudl look into for example,,some fellas hold the fat everywhere but! the abs,,notice the abdominals whiel the other upper torse parts are lackin and not devloped enough but! mainly have much more fat on them,, this is interesting case for amatuer,,
arms look 17 inch in the first pic when in the best shape,,may be 18 inch when higher bodyfat but first pic it is 17,,
good physiqe just why not develop the delt and chest and arm to be sculpted ,, not enough to only lower body weigth ,,need to sculpt the muscle

I used to be pretty insecure about my height, I think I've grown out of it now. 3-4 of my closest friends are 6'4-6' so I've heard a lot of "short" jokes but I think I've gotten pretty immune against it now ;D, hey I'm 5'8", could be worse right ;D
He actually just laughed it off.....that gym had a great atomosphere, more like a teams lockerroom where everybody ribbed on each other...
and a 5'8" you have a good 3-4 inches on Swede..... ;D

I agree 100%, God. I honestly don't know why I hold so much fat in my pecs and upper body. My abs lean out but my lower back takes forever. Legs show cuts even when I have a beer belly.
I have NO idea why? I'd happily tell you my stack, but I've never done insulin and never done gh over 5iu/day, and that was only for a short duration.
I'm open to advice. I'd love to improve. I'm still only 33 years old.
Oh, and I have a torn pec and quad which are visible in the pic.

I think its because of anadrol, originally he would be around 8-10% bf but because of this gear he is holding lots of intramuscular fat in his muscles.

for me growing up you werent big till you were over 18st (252lbs) and you werent massive to you were over 20st ( 280lbs )
heaviest i got was 20.7st..just for the point of getting over 20st, great fun training when your that big and full of food, ive never used insulin but must be similar feeling

I'm honored by your kind words sir, but I've never taken any hormones, you may be an expert, but in this case you are wrong, I've been training now for 12 years, started around 135 now up to around 175, thats a whopping 40 pounds in 12 years, a guy can add that amount of muscle with one cycle. Now once again if I decide to compete, it will be a completely different story, and I wound not have any reservations about discussing what "supplements" I was taking..

At my heaviest I got to 120kg I had 19 1/2 inch arms - not as good as yours for sure but when I flexed I could see "seperation" also - but like you I was deluded - I thought all I needed to drop was 5 -10kg - i could see my top row of abs in the right light but then reality took hold - Im sitting at 98kg now at 9% - I have lost 1 1/2 inches off my arms - my waist has gone from 38 down to 32 1/2 and Im still not at my goal..if you dieted down to this level of condition you will see just how deluded you are - I was big in clothes at the heavier weight and fairly strong - I saw a guy the other day who I havent seen in over two years and he said I Look bigger because of the detail << being lean. If you think you will weigh 220pds at that condition "naturaly" you are more deluded than goodrum and by no means am I hating on you - I think you are one of the good guys on here but your reality is well off the mark dude.

Aside from the Falcon who is a lost cause anyway, I think LeafyBug has the most potential here. Virtually flawless structure and has been slowly but consistently adding mass over the years. The improvements he's made to his quads are incredible. Reminds me of Wolf. In fact, his whole structure reminds me of Wolf except Leafy has better calf potential. I hope he took up gh15's offer.

At my heaviest I got to 120kg I had 19 1/2 inch arms - not as good as yours for sure but when I flexed I could see "seperation" also - but like you I was deluded - I thought all I needed to drop was 5 -10kg - i could see my top row of abs in the right light but then reality took hold - Im sitting at 98kg now at 9% - I have lost 1 1/2 inches off my arms - my waist has gone from 38 down to 32 1/2 and Im still not at my goal..if you dieted down to this level of condition you will see just how deluded you are - I was big in clothes at the heavier weight and fairly strong - I saw a guy the other day who I havent seen in over two years and he said I Look bigger because of the detail << being lean. If you think you will weigh 220pds at that condition "naturaly" you are more deluded than goodrum and by no means am I hating on you - I think you are one of the good guys on here but your reality is well off the mark dude.
And yes I use drugs - so not natural :D

Aside from the Falcon who is a lost cause anyway, I think LeafyBug has the most potential here. Virtually flawless structure and has been slowly but consistently adding mass over the years. The improvements he's made to his quads are incredible. Reminds me of Wolf. In fact, his whole structure reminds me of Wolf except Leafy has better calf potential. I hope he took up gh15's offer.

Being big is only cool if you are geared up and you can be lean too.
For a natural it's better to just stay small and cut.
Have high body fat is a FAIL. It don't matter how much muscle you got under it. If you're chubby it's not good.
As long as i'm a natty i'll just stay below 170 pounds. Probably cut down to like the high 150's. Fuck being out of shape.

That's what I did. I realized I don't have the genetics to be a good natural bodybuilder. Really only about 5% of the population has such genetics.
If you're natural, just be into fitness. If you want to be a bodybuilder. Get on the juice. The only exception to this rule if if you happen to have great muscle genetics like the Congoloids.
Bodybuilding = drugs. Otherwise you reach your limits within 3 or 4 years.

thats true. i weighed 232lbs and won the novice class my first show but i still had alot of fat on me. i got shredded for my 2nd show weighed in at 219 the night before and was 221 the day of the show and people guessed i was in the high 230's. the scale means nothing

I grew slowly because = too much time off from extended periods since my last show in 2008.
I went off everything for 6 months, 2 times since then.
bad move, and I got fat during that time.
I am staying on forever now and never more than 10% bf, so growth will be better now !

If you really are a natural then congrats on that awesome look and it definitely serves as an inspiration for others.
But your muscle maturity and and the type of stretch marks(that goes half-way over the pec muscle) you have on your chest are usually only reserved for juicers. But I'm not really an expert when it comes to this sorta stuff and if I'm completely wrong just take it as a compliment I guess.

Had those marks since grade 10. I had weightlifting as a class back in highschool, so I took advantage of it

Also stretchmarks depend on whether or not you start as an ectomorph or endomorph. If your thin and grow fast the elasticity of the skin is not as great as if you were an endomorph who put on weight slowly. Stretchmarks don't depend on whether or not you take steroids but the speed at which you grew and as an ecto I started over eating to put on weight fast.

I agree and I've said the same. The problem is his attitude. He talks about how bodybuilding sucks and WILL make him fuck up in all other areas of life. Even if true, I don't see how you can succeed with a negative mindset like that. It should seem worth it, if not, what's the point?

Thats not necessarily true. You do reach your size potential after about 5 years, but i've been getting stronger over the years and slowly increasing p4p strength just by eating proper and cycling creatine. There is a light at the end of the tunnel and theres always something you can improve on. Strength goals are at least achievable naturally even if massive size gains arent possible without hormones.

Just as a standard of comparison on how low in bodyweight you have to go to be in the 5% range remember that Arnold, at nearly 6'2", barely broke the 225 lbs weight barrier. Some claim he hit the stage weighting a bit less. So it's not un unrealistic to think that Groink, at 5'11", would need to get down to at least 210 lbs to be in the 6-7% range. I think he should try it at least once. It's not going to get any easier as time goes on and I think he'd look incredible. But it seems his whole self image revolves around being huge. Nothing wrong with that. For most men their self image revolves around money and the toys that they have. So whose to say what's more shallow or deep.

If you really are a natural then congrats on that awesome look and it definitely serves as an inspiration for others.
But your muscle maturity and and the type of stretch marks(that goes half-way over the pec muscle) you have on your chest are usually only reserved for juicers. But I'm not really an expert when it comes to this sorta stuff and if I'm completely wrong just take it as a compliment I guess.

I'm honored by your kind words sir, but I've never taken any hormones, you may be an expert, but in this case you are wrong, I've been training now for 12 years, started around 135 now up to around 175, thats a whopping 40 pounds in 12 years, a guy can add that amount of muscle with one cycle. Now once again if I decide to compete, it will be a completely different story, and I wound not have any reservations about discussing what "supplements" I was taking..

Yeah when I was 22 I tried 1 AD along with Eas Betagen, it definitely put some size on me and gave me some power also, I didn't like how I looked though I was too bloated I workout mainly for the astetics of it, so I don't like to get that bloated look, thats why I don't even use creatine, I like my face to look lean, but I know in order to seriously compete, there has to be periods of time where you have to put size on and I'm just gonna have to deal with looking fat..

people hold fat in different areas. cant see your lower stomach/love handles region, your lower back, your upper legs.. could be holding alot of fat there. but for alot of dudes, if their upper body is that conditioned, they could be in shape with less drop in weight.

i gave up on bodybuilding in 1991 and only trained for the occasional contest every few years. since 95 if i competed it was protein powder all day and all nite with one food meal a day (often icecream) and wayyy more drugs. but after 91 my heart and head werent into it and i just competed as an excuse to give up booze for a few months.

I have had NO problem maintaining 205-210 for the last three years being clean. Sorry "GH15" but you have a lot to learn. Now...prove you're a pro. Not that it means anything but prove it anyway.
no,,you been trainig longer than me by about 10-15 years,,thats all...the problem is that you are twisting reality,,what you say about minimum usage never happen with the higher levels,,it happen in locals,,yes you can go MODERATE USAGE but even they go gh and go much more,,so no one said abuse in the locals...and you considered local so yes you can pass by moderate usage that you have done and still doing,,never the less moderate usage can also be none stop or with very little stops and due to your profesion it has very little stops,,you have huge problem maintainnig 200lb at 10% HUGE unless you are on hormones,,for the few times you went off you could tel in your pictures you became baby soft,,higher bodyfat and lost tons of muscle,,yes you were 190-200 but! you also were 16-20% inaddition to TONS of water weight and circulating estro that kept you at 200 ,,,if you truly took diuretic or and anti estrogen or aromatze inhibitor ...you woudl sit 180 soakin wet at 15% with out! being on hormones,,and if you truly aimed at being single digit yuo woudl be CLEAN in the spectactular weight of 160lb somewhere bertween 8-10 percent .....now! we both knwo there will never be such scenario because you will never go clean for long enough with out anything in body and system to actually see you are only 16- 8-10 percent after alllll those 89 years of pumping iron

I see what you're saying, but that is pretty skeptical, 180 at 5'7 and under 8% is big, either way you put it. And to be natural, I don't see it happening. That's pretty much NPC middleweight division and the look of Tito Raymond or Stan Mcquay, and neither of those are natural. Either way, good physique.

i believe i would qualify as one aspect of alcoholism. when i drink i can't stop. example, one sunday i went to a pool tournament at 1 pm. probably had a dozen Canadian beer, which is alot stronger than US,by five pm. then continued to drink till closing time. drove home drunk and hit the ditch. that happens alot. once i start i will drink til there is no booze available. and i don't remember most of the night. but it doesn't bother me to not drink. i did something really dumb (and expensive) while hammered on the 13 of feb. and haven't touched a drop since.
