Heck with that..... I bought 3 bags of shredded cheese yesterday and a 1lb block of mozzarella. Making lasagna this weekend.....mmmmmmm !!!!!

Not sure if it's carried everywhere. We have a store that stocks it by thin pizza crusts and a St. Louis Pizza Restaurant's bottled sauce.

It looks weird before it's melted but I assure you it is very yummy melted on pizza and in whatever recipe.

The water and the bread in the south will make this difficult.
I've had his from the restaurant, it's very good.....admit it's not as good as the stuff I had in Germany. We met these 3 brothers who had relocated from Italy.....their place was incredible. One of those giant clay domed ovens, etc.... and when we would walk in the door they would shuttle us to a table and bring out an on the house bottle of wine..... we went there almost every week at least once.

Hahahaha! Show got the recipe from those Italians though so I suspect he'll be alright by southern standards. I remember a few years ago this douche bag at school tried making lasagna. What a disaster.
I'm the only person in my family who doesn't eat eggplant. Don't know why but it's never done it for me. I think it's the texture, to be honest.

A few weeks ago a buddy and I went to this BBQ shop that Food Network had rated the best in CT. It left a lot to be desired. Had a half rack of ribs and a po'boy. The po'boy was awful and the ribs were mediocre at best.

It would be about the same for you trying to find GOOD italian here in the south......sadly.
I do get FX, Calvin, for some reason i never realized that was the network it was on, I'll check it out.

I watched an episode last week after reading one of the threads on here about it. The one with the escaped pregnant chick. Was pretty good. Timothy Olyphant's solid in every role he plays.
It would be about the same for you trying to find GOOD italian here in the south......sadly.

Obviously it can't be completely realistic cuz people get killed every show ;D...but it's been good from day one.
.....very subtle acting with Olyphant....like when he's talking to the guy that has the gun to the girls head and talks about the shot that will kill him and the guys says"you cant make that shot" and Raylan said "no but he can" then he nods to the other guy and boom! bullet to the head ;D
