Ron can you make it a sticky? British Grand prix starts in about an hour if im not mistaken, prejudging and tomorrow finals..

Branch Warren continues the dominance two weeks after winning the Arnold Classic with an impressive win here in England over Roelly Winklaar and Johnnie Jackson. A tremendous in shape Ronny Rockel was in 4th place, although many have said that he should of placed higher.

DY: Balance is pretty good! Came down from 280l pounds! Good abs!
SR: Good shap,e but lost a lot of weight!
Zack: Looks full, slight film of waster.

DY: Wide shoulders, nice front lat spread. Good rear bi shot! Looking good from the rear!
Zack: Good arms on him. Small waist, good hams, weak quads.
SR: Good color. Neds more thigh sweep!
Eric Castagnet:
DY: Looks a little flat and dehydrated because he is shaking a bit.
Zach: No comment.
SR: Slender. Needs more size and muscle here.
Shaun Tavenier:
DY: Nice arms and front double bi. Legs a bit weak.
Zack: Looks a bit dull. Color is off. Chest a tad flat. Seen him better.
SR: Needs to be fuller. Good round shoulders.

DY: He stepped up his game a level. So far the leader here, Very impressive, great calves1
Zack: Nice color and fullness, flexes he improves. needs work on the side chest!
SR: Best I have seen him, much improved! Winner so far, great color.

DY: Good arms legs weak.. Chest is weak
Zach: Still needs more chest. Good most muscular, best pose!
SR: Side Chest looks good but slightly watery from the rear.
Nana Manu:
DY: color is light, needs more size too.
Zack: Nice shape but too bad he is not hard enough.

DY: I have seen him harder from the 1st impression. Harder from the front
Zack: Known for the X frame and he brought it here but he is not hard or detailed enough.
SR: Classic X look. Soft in rear, showing some vascularity but needs separation
Johnnie Jackson:
DY: Looks Powerful and Thick! Biggest I have ever seen him, legs still trying to catch up. Calves very weak
Zack: Upper body over powers his lower

Roelly does look flat, especially his chest. Damn, he has some of the best arms I've ever seen though, and probably the best triceps ever! Superior shape and fullness, and the long head extends almost to his elbow. And striated from top to bottom...

This is truth. Ronnie should win this show. Branch's conditioning and mid section is off here. I would have loved to see Sami the blacksmith do this 202, hw would have been at least 2nd.

flex lewis looks awesome ,his back shots show somw crazy thickness and detail,he did something at that level which is tough to do and thats cut back on legs due to them being so overpowering when he was amateur and early pro and get that upper body all over to balance out to his legs.the other 2 guys in the top 3 with him have just as good legs as him a few yrs ago that would not have been the case.good showing.

Agreed although much of that is probably down to his calves. His small joints and great separation really contribute towards his aesthetic look, plus he looks like he's shrink wrapped. This is what a bodybuilder should look like - hope he wins the overall.

It's luck/not enough time on the insulin/gh coctail (still young). Luck because of the structure with the typical-for-short-guys long waist/short leg look. Easier to keep the waist down.
But look at the back double bicep. It's not 80s quality skin. He's on all the same shit as the rest. Not saying you don't know this perfectly well, but making the point that Flex doesn't look the way he does because of old-school methods.

i was there,,,,,, and rockell was ripped off big time, no one had him less than 2nd, and as many have said in perfect world he'd be 1st
joj impressed me, if he brought his legs up he do some real damage,, but he's been pro a long time now, on tons of gear so i cant see that happening anytime soon.
but overall.... only 2 bodybuilders stood out, flex and rockel,,,, rest were poor, totaly uninspiring, makes me never want to see another pro show again, alot ive spoke to feel the same

I guess we should just be glad there actually was a show and it wasn't cancelled like most are......the early season shows are a joke since they did away with the IRONMAN.......the quality of the bodybuilders is really poorer than I've ever seen them..everyone just waits for the Olympia and the arnold
