Title: Injury behind the knee
Post by: littleguns on April 21, 2011, 05:53:16 PM
Been having a serious pain for a while. Best description, behind my left knee, hurts when I squat down, when my high calf hits the back of my knee area.

I started a new job where I am doing alot of stairs daily, not sure if this is any correlation...any ideas?

ice 15 minutes then heat for 15 minutes...stretch and give it a few days.... as long as there is no discoloration you should be ok.

worst case it's build up of tears which I have from years of football and track as a kid growing up. Knee scope or ride it out.

tiger balm is good also.
