Hi Gene - Have you tryed Rocked by API ? If so what one would you rate the best - 1MR or Rocked ?.. Im looking at both of these products but not sure which to go with - as you and I seem to like the same stuff in past use of Supplements I value your word on this subject - if you havent tryed Rocked I may just flick a coin and pick ;D

1mr is good stuff-immediate strength increase, vascularity, crazy energy, makes u sweat like crazy, cocaine type energy

my friend used to take coke before she taught aerobics classes in the 80s and i described how i felt on the supp to her and she said its similar
u can get it at vitamin shoppe
if u take it on empty stomach u feel it even more

Has anybody else had the problem of getting sick afterwards? I tried taking even a half scoop and ate a tiny bit before hand, but still got sick and threw up afterwards. ???

1MR is good, but I prefer SuperPump, it really gets you pumped.
