 I read a little up on the ray lewis workout and it says he does core everyday what are yalls thoughts on core training everyday...lookin for strong abs not little bitch abs

Lots of ways to work abs for strenght, IMO if you are going to work abs for strength you should give them time to recover. There is a difference between working abs to "have abs" and working abs for strength.

Which is more effective for "core" training: squats & deadlifts, or doing 20 lb. skull-crushers while balancing your ass on a beach ball?
