In college - plays sports

as of now i really dont have a diet and thats something im hoping to get help with I dont want to be as bulky because I want to keep my speed and I am 22. (just recently turned 22) I float around 190-200 sometimes good or bad but i need to eat healthier now that I am older. I do eat a lot of fish seafood stuff and whatever meat I eat I usually bake in the oven I dont eat terribly bad because bad food usually makes me feel sluggish. but i would appreciate help with a diet
