Title: The Ultimate Fighter question

I am getting caught up on the show from a while behind.  Dana and the coaches wanted the guy Lesnar called Couture's long lost son to be the wild card.  Dana told him he would have it, but the comission had suspended him for 90 days.  He never said why, or I didn't catch it.  Any ideas?
