Yes there is a way to find out who has multiple accounts. these people should get the option of one account only. on any other board you would be banned for trying to get away with gimmick accounts. most admins really watch for gimmick accountss. I know this is getbig and is not as serious of a board as say an open source board so I think thats why ron lets it go. on an open source board gimmicks are banned no question!

I realize that and I also realize several people I talk to IRL left or rarely post because of gh15 and his "elfs" constant threats. The threats of attacks to people in real life have scared posters off and this round of newbs has come with the sole intention to kiss gh15's ass.

The gh15 account itself isn't so bad, as been pointed out, the "elfs" (honestly I can't believe grown ass adult men would willingly want another man to them an elf) wreck it for him and the outrageous claims. The gear advice must be pretty close cause I rarely see anyone disagree with him.

I agree that there is no life in the board right now, but how can this be remedied? Once the gimmicks go - which is a necessity for the serious posters here - there will be a clean slate to start in depth debates etc and get some decent banter flowing but i fear it will stagnate after a few months. What is needed is for the leaders of this site to get together and find a way to make it fun to post here again. Too many people take things too seriously, i.e. real life threats (comical at best) when we could simply acknowledge peoples opinions and offer a counter supported by our own sense of validity.
I tend to avoid posting now because of the senseless replies, alot of these posters serve no purpose and have a knowledge base that stretches to nothing more than, "meltdown!" or "ha ha youre stupid". I am also not ashamed to say that the Wrestling Board is probably the best i have posted on. Everyone there - especially the mods - has an in depth knowledge of all subjects and the banter is brilliant. There is no aggressive posting, no bitching, just a true sense of camaraderie through a common interest.

GCD, the training board is good for serious convos about training and The Positive Board is good for no BS bodybuilding discussion. Not a lot of traffic but it will get you off the G&O and away from gimmicks.

I have to admit i have yet to frequent them as i figured they would be infested with gimmicks claiming to know all. Thanks for the heads up, ill have a look and see if i can contribute in any way.

I lost my password and my account was linked to an old email account and i registered an account and it still isn't validated 3 months later.

When bigmc appeared on the scene many years ago, it was well known that he wasn't someone appearing here out of the blue or off another site. In the days of Bluto, SlippedDisc, ~flower~, VikingPower etc...bigmc was a gimmick.
