it was one thing when Kai was doing the NY Pro and Phil wasn't training.
We're 5 weeks from the O.... Phil ain't even close to Kai's size now...

Why do people keep saying this?
Jay hasn't won no.5 yet and Kai is catching him up fast - I like Jay but personally I don't think he'll tie with Yates.

Lol, so phil just wastes away his offseason? You are suppose to be your biggest in the offseason, the irony is KAI contest shape is bigger than phil heath offseason, kai was 272 lbs @ 5'8 at the new york pro whereas phil heath was 245 lbs @ 5'9 at the olympia ::)

Kai is short and can't make Jay look small. The only way Kai can win is if he comes with Munzer conditioning. He also needs to practice his front double bicep pose and find a way to hide his gut.

Yes, would agree with this - good analysis. Kai has to rely on being razor sharp, which so far in an Olympia he's failed to do.
