most here wouldnt have been walking around the gym flexing non-stop while while checking themselves out in the mirror and having a video cameradocumenting the whole thing either. especially not if they were 150lbs of skinny fat. the black guy was doing the kid a favor by giving him a dose of reality, there was no negativity in his voice, listen again .. he is trying to help the kid. your right about how he responded to the criticism tho, it shows he isnt intimidated.. but it also shows how delusional he is

Hahaha a little inflated with the numbers there, nonetheless Jason came into my gym, and I got the pleasure of spotting him twice on flat bench. I kept telling him he had sick wheels, but he kept saying check out my back. He kept doing that intense lat spread with the thumbs running along the lower back for that extra dramatic effect. He even dropped his pants in the middle of the gym to show his legs. He was wearing the infamous green shorts underneath. He said he was trying to wear the ones like Arnold in Pumping Iron. The dude is a trip.

flexing a couple times in the mirror is ok , especially if youve got a bunch of muscle to actually flex, but flexing non stop for 45 minutes , doing various "mandatory poses" when you dont even look like you workout.. well.. your just labeling yourself as mentally retarded.
