so all the ones who say oh 28 to start hormones...NO the age is much much younger if you want to be competetive bodybuild it is in the teens or early 20s..

This is true as long as you keep hormones and you don't change your mind. But when you start at early teen you have no turning back. Hormones, steroids are not easy as GH15 claim to say, it can really damage your body and mind.

that's most likely true because all pro bb's started in their teens. all olympians started really early around 15-18.
