Title: Little Known Freak - Paul Baker.
Post by: Matt C on October 13, 2011, 01:47:39 AM: Paul hasn't competed since 2008 but hardly seems like a physique to only place 12th at the Tampa Pro. Looks like an Olympia caliber physique to me.

That's true. I wonder what he would look like next to Toney Freeman, as Paul is around 6'1 and 1/2 and looks pretty wide.

80's 90's like here the best era had some stellar guys dave fisher,nimrod king,henderson thorne was amazing,bob weatherill,nelson dasilva went pro but fell off.there's more.

Dave Fisher was the shit, Henderson Thorne was under-rated, so was Nimrod King---he was a poor man's Bertil Fox.

nimrod had the thickest chest in that era even better than haney's,he had thickish skin,but looked like he was going to burst from his skin .him and thorne won the niagra falls show from that era,,,

About 300lbs in the off season with abs. His two major problems were under developed legs and being lazy about getting in shape. He was never really out of shape like you see some pros getting in the off season. He was pretty much lean and vascular. Could have won Mr. O if it were held in the gym while wearing training clothes. (Like Dennis James). But damn.... dude was lazy with his diet. Being Jamacian and all... he was putting spices on everything he ate.

He would have a better future just by going to the WWE or something. He had the look (cause no one sees your legs anyway there), the psycho stare (for about 5 seconds before he would start laughing), and the huge size to play a bodyguard type role.

Dude is a monster in person. But will never win a pro show.

It's like the NBA... most guys who are the 12th man on the bench of an NBA team will DOMINATE, yes DOMINATE in 90% of other leagues or basketball games being played around the world. The guy in these photos is a monster, but in the IFBB... he's OK.
