Title: Question for gear users
Post by: John O on November 04, 2011, 07:37:48 PM
Can someone tell me what the diffrence is between an Erector shirt vs a deadlift suit? for deadlifting. Is one better then the other? if they even really help!!
If it matters I lift Sumo.

Thanks!

Dude, seriously?

Erector shirts are worthless. If you pull sumo you can get 50lbs of good suit that fits you right (read - so tight you can't move)

Erector shirts are worthless.

I lift raw thats why I was asking. I had never really heard of anybody talking about the erector shirt,Thats why I ask. Just in case. I did hear Chuck Vogelpohl wears one.

if you pull sumo a squat suit will help,if conventional there are only two suits that i have found that make much of a difference, the old marathon d.l. suits and the new inzer max d.l. suits, adding an erector shirt with the suit may give you another 5or 10 lbs.
