I understand the envy and downright frustration many of you are writing with, but don't take it out on the bodybuilders. Many of you have been taking your vitamins, loading amino acids, chugging down protein shakes at every turn, buying only the best creatine products, and taking tribulus (which is a libido enhancer not a bodybuilding supplement, but I digress). 1) an average gym rat wit an average body doing a super retarded excercise
2) a seasonal lifteer ( spring-summer) , who is currently juicing and has some muscles to him
the point is, his body muscle ( or lack of) can be attained both naturally or using chemicals.. a typical 4-5 day a week rat can easily attain that, so can a seasonal lifter on sauce
