I was natural in my first contest season (won the Junior Hungarian Nationals and another teenager show under 175cm)...I didn't know anything about contest prep drugs and I didn't know anything about dieting either... So I wasn't in great shape...I was in OK shape. I was 169.
A year later I came back with a full contest prep. I was very shredded and dry at 169 again...it was a different 169. I put on like 12 lbs muscle I guess.
So when I started my offseason before that show I was using Test. Prop and Winstrol Depot (not dbol) and I put on like 20 pounds in 6 weeks.
