Hard to believe it's been a year already since the passing of Keith. I'm sure he's looking down at us laughing and shaking his head. Nothing has changed. We still laugh, argue, debate, fight, pown, post porn, ridicule, Goodrum, Apenis.... it goes on and on.
Keith, my friend, you are sorely missed.

Don't know about the "he's looking down part" but he sure is missed. Worst piece of news I've ever come across on GB was his passing. Well, guess we'll all find out pretty soon about the "he's looking down" part.

He could be brutally funny at times. He was Getbig's Goodrum guard. Venom Vince has had a lot more freedom this year - I shudder to think what Keith would have said about his beating up racists in gas stations, slicing people up with his blade, and new website.

He died alone and cut off from Getbig of a heart attack because he invested all of his time bothering folks instead of taking care of his health. He would still be around if he simply got back in the gym instead of going to the casinos to gamble all the time.
Stuntmovie also deserves some blame because he was an enabler..always bringing him fast food and other shitty food. He could have helped him but he simply sat back and watched him eat himself to death.

There were plenty of times where everyone including myself offered Keith help. I even offered to ship him a Total Trainer machine at no cost to his home to help him out and he responded in his usual self.
He was a dickhead to me in life and yet I tried to save his life. No one lives forever but perhaps he could have lived longer if he had just tried.

It is true. Stuntmovie was Keith's roommate/nurse/delivery boy along with another guy. All three of them stayed in the same house. Stunt Movie I believe was bringing Keith home more food when he found him dead right next to his computer.
Sadly, this is all true. Stuntmovie could have been a friend and helped him get back in shape....really...he could have helped...but he didn't for whatever reason. I'm not blaming Stunt for his death but I can't imagine simply watching his health fail for years and not doing something about it.

Melvin, the animosity between you and Keith are well know, well documented and part of GetBig lore. But there are many of us, myself included, that liked him and even admired him and miss him dearly. This is thread for those. I know you differ and disagree. We get that. But in a thread like this. A thread started for those that cared about Keith and want to honor him don't you think it would be classier and show some... I don't know? Character? To just let it go?
Just be silent and let us honor him? Would Keith have done the same for you? I don't know? Maybe not? But do you base your behavior on what others do or would have done? Maybe it would show that you are bigger than him in that sense. He's dead now. The battle is over. Just let it go.

You know what... While at first I admired Keith I made the mistake of going into business with him. it cost me some money and when he didn't respond to emails I was left with the bills to pay.... I have so many emails from Keith when I tracked him down through the so called friends of his that had nothing but bad shite to say about him and how he had ripped them off.... To read what he has written and tried to get out of paying money due to me is quite interesting..
Personally I feel sorry that he has passed away but that doesn't change the FACT that he ripped me off and others that I personally know of.

As much as I loved watching Keith ripped the shit out of you, you're quite correct in what you said and in your above post too. I'm not really too often on here but I sorely wish Keith listened to the advice dispensed here and was still around today.

Only Keith knew how devastating that spider bite was and how it impacted on his life. He tried several times to lose the weight only to get sick for one reason or other. I fear he might have listened to some of the 'gurus' here and tried a shortcut to lose the weight.
I don't know about Keith and his business dealings. However, he seemed to have big plans just like Goodrum had and I guess he did what he had to do to survive. I think he sorted things out with Travis. Anyway, that is what Keith told me. It is rather bad form to bring up matters like this after someone has died. Wrong place for sure.
Stuntmovie was a good friend and I haven't got anything bad to say about him. Keith was lucky to have a friend like that. Remember Keith has two daughters and several grandchildren.
I miss Keith and his over the top slams of hapless buffoon, Vince G CSN MFT PHD. Keith hated bullshitters so naturally Goodrum was at the top of his shit list. Go back and read about all the plans for gyms, studios, and how the bank manager was licking his chops. Goodrum has done bugger all and lives in a trailer. What the heck, who cares as long as he is happy. However, Keith called him out and also exposed him when he found out he was gay. Not that being gay is a sin on Getbig.
Keith was a good guy and I always enjoyed talking to him. Goodrum attacks people like a scorned sheila does. Always nasty and low. Go figure.

I agree that Vince should have kept quiet but in fairness people in this thread started to recall the many times that he mocked and ridiculed Vince. To honor Keith let's keep thread positives and focus on Keith, not Vince.

Right. People in the industry knew I was as I would run into people at the clubs and it then got brought up again in 2008 when some of Chris's ex-friends were trying to break us up because I'm black so they contacted Billy Guns thinking that our beef was for real..... ::)

Its insulting for an assclown like him to try to make stuff up like that despite the fact that he called FT Jackson and GCDC and my high school and learned otherwise. Its no different than people thinking that I don't make a dime from my business. Funny thing is and you all don't know this but Keith was about to launch a smear website on me and my business before he died...he emailed me off the board for months on how he was going to trash me, my family, etc.
His last act on Getbig was making fun of Ben Weider dying which is what Ron canned him permanently for. Everyone is going to die someday but I really can't feel too sorry for someone who didn't respect the dead himself....don't believe me....then ask Ron himself.

Travis, that's how a lot of people got ripped off by Keith....Shawn Ray, Dave Palumbo, Ryan, etc. Keith would charm people with stories of meeting celebrities and strongman shows and then he would snatch and grab the money. I've heard that story over and over again and you definitely weren't the first one.
Hopefully, you've learned to get everything in writing prior to doing business with anyone.

He was a very neat and unique guy. I remember a thread in which someone talked about raising money for someone's drug bill (maybe Leafy's?). Keith wasn't interested in that, but he would contribute to a fund for "Goodrum to buy a good rope to hang himself with" -- or something to that effect. I nearly pissed myself laughing.
