Title: first 900# deadlift

who was the first to offically pull 900# i was thinking it was either doyle kenady or dan woehlerber?

Paul Anderson-820 pounds, he pulled a massive 1000 pounds using metal hooks attached to his wrists. This assisted deadlift was witnessed by Tommy Kono

thanks,i thought either dan or doyle,i remember when coan pulled 900,i was thinking he was the 4th guy to do it.and he is still the lightest.

i dont agree with the 1000 deadlift of anderson . metal hooks or not it goes with the 6200 backlift .. now unfortunately they deadlift often with straps .
