So what does TNA need to do to take it to the next level?
-
Putting a watchable product out there would be a good start.
Its just a poorly put together show.
Its been better in recent months but it has a LONG ways to go.
It needs solid storylines to match what for the most part is solid in ring action.
-
•Move out of the "Impact" zone. Take the show on the road and grow the product
•Differentiate yourself from WWE. X-division, Knockouts, and tag teams have really gone downhill since Hogan took over. These are all things WWE doesn't really focus on..bring them back

I haven't watched any programming in several months.
Is TNA trying to imitate WWE's style?

I haven't watch it in a while either. That's just what I noticed the last time I turned it on. Hogan keeps on calling Styles and Hardy "future stars of TNA", they both are in their mid-30's, so I really don't know what he means by that, to be honest. I don't like Jeff at all, especially after what he did at that PPV, but he is their best chance for long term success IMO, if his body and sobriety can hold up. They have a solid fan base that watched of around 1.5 million people, I don't really know what they can do to make the jump.

The cynic in me really wonders if there's anything left to do.
Maybe pro-wrestling is finally on its way out.

It is. I wonder how much of an impact the UFC has had on it's demise?

True.
It doesn't matter that we're comparing fake fighting to real fighting; there's a large crossover in demographic.
Plus, I've said before that, even without another formidable wrestling promotion, Vince still has competition. Hell, these days, he's got about 1,000 cable channels of competition to run against.

they reached their zenith last night played a big venue in england.

Yeah, there is a stark contrast between the "Human Suplex Machine" of the original ECW and Tazz the announcer.

not bad but not that good either, started slow with in ring babble than picked up a little , they need a new creative team to properly utilize the talent.they forget about certain guys for monthes and than pretend they were on all the time.
-
and they need to stick with an angle for more than one episode, storylines jump around too much and never get finished.
-
Shane Douglas said it best "They have no real marketable stars" besides the ex WWE guys. It's not the wrestler's own fault"
You have Roode, Storm and AJ Styles but if they went to WWE they would be midcarders.
I have watched maybe 5-6 shows over the life of TNA trying to convince myself to get into it but I just can't.
-
I think that most of TNA's "Knockouts" still trump WWE's "Divas" in general.
Does anyone know who - if anyone - trains TNA's women wrestlers?
-
tna does have better women and the x div. they just need better main eventers.
-
In hindsight, have there been any TNA guys that have left for WWE and became big? Guess it just goes to show you....
