yea u'll lose size, bc of so much time between workouts. it would take you three to four  months to hit each body part.

I'm not so sure he would lose alot of size. Think when you hit chest all of the other muscles that are recruited. the same with back and shoulders. The only muscle i think that would atrophy the most would be legs. But I'm not going to be the one to test this theory.

I don't know? Why don't you try it out for us and come back in a few months and tell us all about it.... ::)

I'm not sure if you were joking with this post or not.  If you were serious, it is a bad idea.  You will overtrain certain muscles and not train others at all-for a week at a time.

I really hate to flame anyone with a legitimate question but get back to us on leg week.  In fact, why don't  you start with legs so that you know what a bad idea it is.
I mean even if you trained mon-fri and it was light to moderate intensity, how could you make any progress lifting with a month or more time off?

lol thats all bad!! yeah  start with legs. and no  pusy stuff, free weight do squats/front squats then leg press/heck squat and legs externsions. after a couple of days going balls to the walls. you wont be walking to the third workout.

Makes very little sense to me . . . BAD IDEA  ???

U N L E S S  its like bedroom push-ups all weekend long . . .  :)   :P   8)

WTF? Are you board? Pick another activity
you do not  h a v e  to go to the gym.

I probably walk, cycle, rollerblade or do yoga -
like them all as (limited use) adjuncts to BB.

BTW - IF you do this (seriously) report back - we are curious  ???

in my opinion it would be useless, youd over-train every muscle and leave no time for recovery, i dont think youd see any gains
