Title: How do bikini girls really train?

I'm asking this because my girl is interested in competing in the beach bikini division but at the moment I'm letting her do weight training 5x a week with steady state cardio 3x a week.
What does a pro bikini girl's training routine look like? Is it more cardio based with bodyweight training or more interval training etc?
Any help?

liposuction scuplting, long hair, spray tan, lil roids n weights for thighs n lil bit or arms n back
