FITNESS Q&A
Hey guys,

Since I'm recovering from my shoulder surgery, I really miss my training. I've done Twitter Q & A's before, but never just about fitness, and never on Facebook, too. Submit your training/bodybuilding questions and I will answer some of the best here tomorrow. Then, I'll continue answering questions when I have a chance, all the way through the Arnold Morning Weekend Review at the Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus, when I'll take a few of your questions live on stage.
