ok right to the point. basically i wanna take my physique to the next level, while not getting on crazy ass doses of all types of drugs. im willing to dabble, but dont plan to compete, just look kinda like i do ;D
im 23 6'2'' 215ish, and 16-18% bf id say. been training for around 7 years, have cycles halovar and now currently 8 weeks into test e at 500mg. would like to here from the gurus on this one, after reading around its clear drugs do in fact play a very large role. but im not looking to get TOO crazy, im young abd would like to stay healthy, not just look good.
so drug/training/food/pct/ wise whats my best bet, and blood work, how often? didnt get any after my first cycle,and im not getting any after this one. i should probably do it, but i currently have no health insurance. hopefully will have some soon and then i can get blood work if needed. so lets here it, and please keep this thread real and on topic with honest answers. looking forward to them fellow warriors! btw heres a few current pics

You're bodyfat % is too high right now and you need get lean. You have muscle on your frame but it doesn't look nearly as impressive as it could because of the high bf %.
Here's a cycle that will work for you:
Take 1 cc of your Test E and 1 cc of EQ on Mondays.
Get a Tri Blend or cut stack dosed roughly like this - 50 mgs Test Prop, 50 mgs Tren Ace, and 50 mgs Masteron. Shoot 1 cc of this Every Other Day.
Take 60 mcg's of Clenbuterol and 75 mgs of Ephedrine everyday.
Food: Get 300 grams of protein spread throughout the day while keeping your carb sources clean and amounts moderate.
Don't waste your time with PCT. Get your bloodwork done every 3 months.

if you want to look good on a beach try UD2.0 by Lyle, the only non drug program that produces somewhat decent results. Beware, huge amount of willpower required though.

Blood work isn't too expensive, even if you don't have insurance. I mean, that does depend on where you live to some degree, but it's worth it man. Don't play around with your health.
Run the cycle I wrote out for you for 16-24 weeks. That's if you want to keep it simple and not make any adjustments throughout. However, if you hit your diet and cardio hard enough, 12 weeks may be just fine.
Let me know how it goes if you decide to take this route.

I get bloodwork once a month to make sure....but I'm on pretty high doses.
Don't play around with prohormones, use real stuff. Prohormones will destroy your bloodwork.
Low test, lots of androgenics. Tren, mast, and bold will be your best friends. Throw orals in at the right times and taper up/throw compounds in/out at the right times. HGH if you can afford it.
GH15 has alot of good information if you want to know how to cycle properly and look like a bodybuilder. I can also explain it in more detail in PM if you need any help.

I like the idea of low dose test paired with a decent ammount of Boldenone as a baseline against catabolism while cutting calories.
Maybe spike it with some Tren or Var/Primo.
You are going to need to get your bodyfat down though, so maybe up the Tren a fair bit.

Test e or prop- 100 mgs per week
Anavar- 40mgs day
If all of these products are legit and you follow CLEAN DIET and do cardio 3 to 4 imes per week=

Well, how long you stay on for and how long you cycle for all depends on what your goals are. You'll keep some of your gains, especially because in a first cycle, your body is fresh to everything, and it won't take much to grow, but no gains from steroids are permanent. It all fades eventually.

my goals are to grow leaner. now im starting to realize it looks like i may need to be on at least low dose test year around to do this, while cycling other compounds obviously. overall goals..get bigger and leaner, strength is a nice plus as well. btw im gonna run dnp this spring, what are your thoughts on that?

you need to lose the fat before you see effects of the stuff your taking. you can add some tren to help lose some fat...
i would just use the dnp and t3, that shouldhelp you melt the fat away...

Well to grow lean, you need to get lean first. DNP works, that's for sure. It's an aggressive way to go about things for someone who seemed to not want to be so aggressive with the drugs. i agree the main thing you need to do is get bodyfat down to near 10% or just lower you can look decent at even 12-13% depending. But that is your main concern at this point no matter how you do it ephedrine is the most senisble. dnp would work what ever just get it down. 18% is just to high to not look a little silly 14-15 is half ass once you get under 14 you should start looking good compared to general soceity 10% you will look real good to genral public.

dude t3 at 50mcg.....do you know anything about anything? i am nowhere near an expert but 50mcg of t3 may speed up your metabolism a LITTLE but thats it.... thats from cardio 5 days a week, lots of jump rope, and eating in a caloric deficit....period
