Title: You don't train legs? You're in luck!
Post by: ksa_triceps on March 16, 2012, 02:50:05 PM
The "world gym championship (fitness)" was held in Kuwait. Instead of worrying about the color or the thong, and if it's glittery or not, competitors here worry about the color and cut of their jeans.

Was the Olympia physique/fitness or whatever it was called (the one they wear shorts) inspired by these competitions??

With no regard for legs, I might have a chance of trying this shit out!

Here are some pics of the final  8)

Legs are to be muscular and defined...but they shouldn't so so big as you can't fit into normal clothes.

Arnold had the perfect legs to aspire to IMO, and as far as who had the "best" legs ever in a bodybuilding sense...Paul Dillet hands down

Long legs.... HUGE, perfectly shaped, no weak points and tiny knees

Everyone I know who trains legs has problems fitting into a pair of jeans from the shelf.

I wouldn't say my legs are huge, but I have trouble finding "normal" clothes.

It seems that even the bigger studs are no big fans of huge legs.

Wearing jeans to compete in a bodybuilding contest seems ridiculous. Anyone who thinks all they need train is their upper body is delusional.
